After several years of battling advanced lung adenocarcinoma and progressing through multiple standard treatments, I received two rounds of multi-target Hi-TCR-T cell infusion in 2022.
Following brief post-infusion symptoms, I recovered quickly, and imaging later showed complete clearance of the lesions. I have continued in stable condition since then.

Following recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma with multiple liver nodules and lymph node involvement, I was no longer a candidate for transplantation. I received two rounds of multi-target Hi-TCR-T cell therapy, along with supportive local treatments. Over time, the lesions and cancer markers steadily regressed.
In December 2023, I successfully received an allogeneic liver transplant. Today, my health has been restored, and I'm grateful for this new chapter in my life.

Multi-target Hi-TCR-T Cell Therapy
At 79, I was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. In October 2023, I received autologous Hi-TCR-T cells targeting NECTIN4/TROP2. The treatment was well tolerated, and my CA19-9 levels dropped from 164 to 16 U/ml. Imaging later showed the enlarged lymph nodes had disappeared, and circulating tumor cells became undetectable. I have remained stable with no recurrence or metastasis since then. I feel grateful for the stability and renewed hope this treatment has brought me.
